1. How can I make an order?
We have two versions of the page, in this one you have to ask a quotation
to our email (libreria@libreriaboliviana.com)
and you can pay with any of these methods of payment:
• PayPal (www.paypal.com). Pay using
your credit card (Visa, Mastercard o American Express) or by bank account
transfer. It is fast, safe and they charge very reasonable prices for the
transfer of money. You can pay with Paypal using our Shopping
cart.
• Money order of a bank of the United
States.
• Western Union and Moneygram.
• Payment to our bank account. Only for payments from Bolivia. Ask a quotation.
Please include the country shipment in your order.
The second version of the page has a 
Shopping
cart , there you can pay with your credit
card or bank account using Paypal.
2. What are your methods of payment?
We work with: PayPal, money order, Moneygram
and Western Union and Argenper.
If you want to pay with your credit card or bank account you can do it by Paypal,
if not follow instructions we will send you.
3. Is there a discount for the purchase
of 3 or more books, CDs or videos?
Yes, we offer now these discounts:

4. Can I pay with
PayPal ? And how can I do it?
Pay using your credit card (Visa, Mastercard o American Express as long
as it is not a Corporate Edition card) or by bank account transfer from these

PayPal is fast, safe and they charge very reasonable prices
for the transfer of money. Their fee is 4% of the money to be sent.
How can I pay with PayPal ?

5. How can I pay with a money order?
Buy a money order of a bank of the United States, the fee of the change here
is 2% when the money sent is more than $US 50 and $US 2 when the money sent
is less than $US 50.
Buy a money order of a bank of the United States in a change, that should be
sent to the indicated person.
If you are interested in this method of payment we are going to tell you more
details.
6. How can I pay with the courier Argenper?
Argenper is a courier with offices in Argentina, Peru, Bolivia, Brasil,
Ecuador, Chile, Uruguay and Italia.
Cost of the service:
The shipment of $US 1 to $US 70 costs around $US 3.
The shipment of $US 71 to $US 1000 costs around the 4%.
If you want more details we can give you the phone numbers of their offices.
7. How can I pay with Moneygram or
Western Union?
We will send you a quotation, then enter to the web pages of these services
to know where can you find their offices.

8. How do you make the shipments?
We make the shipments by: a) aerial certified mail; b) "aerial
registered mail for large orders" of books, CDs, videos and others; c)
DHL o Fedex.
The aerial certified mail is the service that we use more
to ship orders, it has a reasonable price and it is fast.
The "aerial registered mail for large
orders" is used to send large orders of books, CDs and videos, or when the
books are heavy. It is more economic than the aerial certified
mail, specially to send books for its weight in kilograms.
9. How is the aerial certified mail and
how long does it take to arrive?
The aerial certified mail is used to send some books, CDs, videos or videos. This
is a reliable service where we have a certificate of the shipment, classified
by a number that is use to follow the track of the package where it is. We send
to our clients the number of this shipping and if necessary aditional information
of it: number of the flight, airline company, etc.

10. As a reference, how much cost to ship
books by aerial certified mail?

and the shipping of 4 books to the US costs $US16. The shipment of four books
to Europe costs $US21.

11. Is it cheaper to send by aerial certified
mail many CDs or videos than to send just one?
Yes, the cost of the shipment of many CDs or videos is less than sending just
one cd or video. For instance, to send one CD to Europe costs $US 4 and to send
two costs $US 6,5 but to send 10 CDs to Europe costs just $US 21.

12. What service do you use to send
large orders of books?
To send large order of books -- in a quantity from 4 to 50, or to
send heavy books -- we have the option of a special service called "aerial registered
mail for large orders."
This service has a lower cost than the aerial certified mail,
and the order arrives in 20 or 30 days, this because the mail service waits
to accumulate a certain number of packages to make the aerial shipment.

The "aerial registered mail for large orders" is used to send large orders
of books, CDs and videos, or when the books are heavy. It is more economic than
the aerial certified mail, specially to send books for its weight in kilograms.
13. When can I cancel my order?
You may write us an email to cancel your order before it is sent. We will
be liable for the refund if the client notifies us promptly (before the order
is sent).
14. Do orders to Bolivia have free shipping
?
Yes, they do because we love our country and our people, the aerial certified
shipment price is included for items to be sent to any town or city in Bolivia.
